Refreshing to do business with folks who "get it".

2 years ago Deals replaced our windshield..recently we noticed wet carpets and assumed a seal or something had come loose. The young man came to our house, performed the water test, fixed the problem...courteous,thorough and on time.

However, it wasn't even because of the windshield, and you fixed it at no charge.

So..next time one of my four cars needs window work, you can bet that Deals will be doing the job.

Thanks and regards,
B Barnett

I'm late in sending this "thank you" note, but the sentiments-especially during this holiday season are still fresh in my mind!

I'm guessing that many times, the only time you may hear from customers is when there is a complaint or problem? But, actually, since I was "lucky" enough to need your services TWICE in a 6-day period--maybe you receive "appreciation" notes like this all the time?

I didn't want these instances to go unnoticed and unrecognized so PLEASE extend my heartfelt THANKS & APPRECIATION also to Donna,Brien,Nathan and Mike!

Their professionalism and speedy efforts were such a breath of fresh air - and much needed - as I hyperventilated over my "blown out" back windows!!

I known I'll find bits of glass for months to come but I'll also remember your kindness with the lowered deductible charges as well!!

Best wishes and regards to you and your staff -- they're FANTASTIC!!

Sincerely,
Tom & Amanda Spurrier

I wanted to take the time to thank you all for your service. From the ladies in the office to the gentleman that actually installed the glass, everyone was great. The process was painless and easy, and thank you for your outstanding customer service!

Windshield repair is often the last condition to be fixed on a car, truck, or SUV. Unlike body damage or engine trouble - which typically have to be addressed immediately - windshield damage can exist for months or even years before car owners finally get around to making the repairs. However, there is more to windshield repair than just cosmetics, and many consumers are learning that waiting can often cause more damage and cost more money than getting it fixed in the first place.

A lot of people just don't care about the quality of glass they put in their vehicles nowadays. I always recommend to spend the little bit of difference in price and get OEM every time. The quality is so much better and they tend to last a lot longer as well. It is extremely rare to have any warranty issues or defect in the glass when you use OEM, the same cannot be said of the cheaply made aftermarket counterparts. Spend the extra and have peace of mind, it will save you money and headaches in the long run.

We just stumbled upon this post by Fran Park of Lake Norman homes, which happens to include a nice review for our residential window glass replacement service.

"Deal’s Auto Glass did the work in a timely and professional manner, and provided a 5 year warranty. They were the lower of two bids I got for the seller, and they did a good job installing."

You can read his entire post about broken window seals at <a href="http://lakenormanhomes.wordpress.com/2008/08/23/broken-window-seals-part-iii/" rel="nofollow">Lake Norman Homes Blog</a>
